The client was charged with Fail to Comply with his recognizance of bail. The charge was withdrawn after several successful meetings with the crown attorney involved in this matter.

My client was charged with Theft Under, Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Possession Under, which were withdrawn as a direct result of several fruitful discussions with the crown.

Client was charged with Failing to Comply with a recognizance. The charge was withdrawn because of successful discussions with the Crown.

Client was charged with two counts of Failing to Comply with his recognizance of bail and Possession of marijuana. The charges were stayed after discussions with the crown with respect to missing disclosure.

lient was charged with 8 counts of Possession of Fraudulent Credit Cards, 2 counts of Possession of Property, Fraud Under and 2 counts of Failing to Comply with a recognizance. As a result of applications under the Charter for a trial without delay and unreasonable search and seizure, the crown withdrew all charges.

Client was charged with Failing to Comply with a Recognizance. The charge was withdrawn, after I was able to convince the Crown that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.
